Welcome

Muir Terrace in the Monterrey Hills of northeast Los Angeles. Our
condominium community is located 7 miles north of
downtown Los Angeles on the way to Pasadena with easy access to the
I-5,
I-10, I-710, and 110 freeways. Built in
1982, Muir Terrace is in a safe, peaceful, and secluded neighborhood
for both adults
and children close to parks, schools, and the USC Medical center.
Muir Terrace consists of six different floor plans
ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms. Muir Terrace has a swimming pool with
spa, an exercise room, saunas, and a large meeting room.
